This page may take a
little while to load due to the amount of images.
These images are from No Two Company's
adventure to the North East, under command of the Company
Commander Maj Gidlow-Jackson.
Having a spare weekend the boys decided to get there 2 dress for a little
march, and whilst in the mood for walking decided to go for
a "Tab"!
Joking aside, No 2 Company's achievement is outstanding, and
was completed to:
REMEMBER THOSE WHO HAVE MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR OUR
FREEDOM
&
SUPPORT THE COLDSTREAM GUARDS ASSOCIATION IN THE SUNDERLAND
AREA.

Between the 8th and 14th Nov 03, No Two Company took part in
a huge Remembrance Parade at Sunderland. This was the second
largest parade of it's kind in the country. Included in the
parade (amongst many), were 4 Chelsea Pensioners who had the
long journey from Chelsea Hospital before the parade even
took place.
The Parade took the form of a march from the Civic Centre
round to the centre of Sunderland finishing at the Mowbray
Hotel, about 2 miles in total.

No Two Company then had a quick change into Combat 95 and
then took off for Hadrians Wall.
The March over Hadrians Wall was in aid of raising money for
the Army Benevolent and Sunshine Fund (this fund is ran by
the Evening Chronicle in Sunderland).
The March was approx 84 Miles over 4 days! from Wallsend
to Bowness-On-Solway.
Well done to all who took part in both adventures, from the
admin staff to the organisers of the event.
A special well done goes to No 2 Company, proving again the
Coldstream Guards can adapt to any given situation and
perform outstandingly, "Second to None".
Many thanks to Danny Morrell for the images
