BATTALION FAMILIES, PARENTS & PARTNERS OPEN DAY (with 50+ images)

As the Battalion are soon to depart to Afghanistan, the Welfare Office organised the gates of Planet Coldstream to be open for everyone to get an idea of what everyone will be doing, why we're doing it and what kit & equipment we'll be using.

Lunch was laid on for all and everyone was invited to jump in some of the vehicles that will be used on tour, handle specialised weapons that platoons will use and also look at the uniform and kit that Battalion Personnel use.

There were also face painters, the Battalion climbing wall and not forgetting our very own Corps of Drums that provided an outstanding display of pageantry, discipline and perfection.
