Welcome to the OP Telic 6 (IRAQ) Section.

FUNCTIONS & EVENT
INFORMATION
With the Battalion being posted to Iraq on Op Telic
6, the Welfare Office (in conjunction with the wives club),
organised many events and functions to help the tour go a little
more quickly.
Below is just a small list of events that were
organised whilst the Battalion were away:

Discos (including Stars in their Eyes Karaoke)
▪ Trip to
Paulton's Park

Lunches

Brighton

Blackbushe Market

Bockett's Farm
▪ Potted Sports
and BBQ Fun Day
▪ Regimental
Association Day at the Land of Nod

London Zoo
▪ and
the Happy's Circus
The Welfare Office would like to thank all families that
attended these events, without your support it would
have been a worthless cause. Also, a big thank you to all
members of the Wives Club that helped organise and run many of
the events.
