Well done to LCpl "Slasher" Hutchings who was presented with his prize for of a Hewlett Packard Pocket PC today (Thursday 15 Jan 04)

LCpl Hutchings was one of many who managed to complete his ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) before the end of Nov 03. Anyone who did complete this were automatically entered into a draw, the winner would receive the Pocket PC.

Shown in the image, he is being presented the winning prize from Col Helen Wildman, Commander ETS Branch - 4 Div.

After speaking to LCpl Hutchings, he has said that he "thoroughly enjoyed the course, and would recommend anyone thinking of doing it to get stuck in!"

In the Armed Forces we are very lucky because courses such as these and many more are subsidised by Learning Credits, and it is an opportunity to gain qualifications that are recognised across Europe!
